Inquiry - The Winds D.L.O

Hello readers! In Inquiry we did D.L.O's (digital learning object) about The Winds. The Winds sounds sort of confusing doesn't it, but it is actually about our classrooms which are named after winds, like the Northerly wind and the Southerly wind. What classroom are you in at your school? Please let me know (by the way, I'm in the class Pūnui-o-toka at my school😉). The thing that I found the hardest to do is to write the Information in my own way. Well, here is my slide 😁:

Inquiry - Zones of Regulation Slide

Hey everyone, in Inquiry we did slides about Zones of Regulation and it was really fun. If you don't know what the Zones of Regulations are then you can find out in the slide I made down below ⏬. Also, what Zone are you in? Please let me know in the comments😉. Here is my Zones of Regulation slide 😄:

Reading - Extreme Weather/Tsunamis D.L.O

Hey readers, in reading we did a D.L.O about Extreme weather and we got to choose, I chose Tsunamis. Tsunamis are really fun to research about but they are very deadly👿. Do you like Tsunamis? Please comment below if you do or don't. The hardest part of making the D.L.O for me was when I found out we were doing a Extreme Weather D.L.O's since it was really hard to decide cause I had so many options😄. Well, here is my D.L.O 😉:

Maths - Brain Teaser

Hi readers, I'm here again with another Brain Teaser 😄! In this one we have make the right 4 digit numbers out of the 20 numbers we were given without using the same number 3 times. It was really fun and it only took me around 7 minutes. The hardest part for me was understanding what the text meant 😅. In the Brain Teaser they asked if you can find another way of arranging the numbers, I couldn't find any, can you 🤔? Here is my completed Brain Teaser 😁:

Maths - Sudoku Brain Teaser

Hi everyone, today I did a Sudoku Brain Teaser (another late brain teaser). If you don't know how to play Sudoku click this. I did the experts level, and it was pretty hard at first, but after I finished a block of numbers it started getting easier. It took me 15 minutes and 48 seconds to finish (it tells on the app I did it on). The hardest part was when I started the Sudoku since I was clueless, I didn't know how to start it 😑 but after a bit of solving I started solving it 😀. If you would like to play Sudoku click this, you can also change the level if it is too easy for you. Here is the Sudoku I finished 😉:

Writing - Fly Song

Hi readers, I've finally finished writing and making the music for the song that I've been working on. So, in writing we've been working our own songs, it took us a week or two, we had to make two or more verses and a chorus. The part that I found most challenging was when we had to make the music cause we had to make is fit with the song. My music sort-of fits but it is a bit hard to sing 😅 so I recommend to just read and listen 😊. Also, my song is based on Haikyuu the anime and I got a few lines from the Haikyuu rap by Rustage. Hope you enjoy 😁:

FLY   By: An.N

Verse 1:

 When I was a kid,

I was stunned and amazed

When the volleyballs

Are dropping

And then getting saved

So I was determined to play

And started training everyday

And trying in every way

Verse 2:

Working on receives, sets and spikes

Ready for the next strike

Practising every lunchtime

It was a pretty tough time

But in the end I still knew my friends got my back

We still lacked

But we were on the right track

       Chorus:

So I’ll fly, FLY

Fly across the sky

And I’ll fly, FLY

Fly across the sky

We can win this thing together

All we gotta do is try

I’ll fly, FLY

Fly across the sky

Chorus:

So I’ll fly, FLY

Fly across the sky

And I’ll fly, FLY

Fly across the sky

We can win this thing together

All we gotta do is try

I’ll fly, FLY

Fly across the sky

Maths - Code Cracker Brain Teaser

Hi readers, today I'm going to post another late Code cracker 😅, I've been running a bit late on my brain-teasers so I will have a few more that I will be posting soon. This time we did a Code Cracker where we had to solve the 3 digit number using the clue. I spent the first few minutes confused but after a bit of time I solved it, I'm starting to get used to Code Crackers/Brain Teasers now so I'm getting faster at them,(it took me around 15 minutes this time). The hardest bit for me was when I was reading the clues since I was reading them in order, it was still really fun to do though 😋. And just like the last Brain Teaser I did, we had to film it on Screencastify. Here is my Screencastify of the Code Cracker 😁:

Maths - Code Cracker Brain Teaser

Hi everyone,(I should've posted this a long, long time ago😅, but I'm be posting it now). In maths, we did a code cracker. We had to solve the 5 digit number using the clues. I was struggling with it at first, and it took a lot of trial and error and I was very frustrated. But when I got it done (it took me around 30 minutes), I felt amazing(then I remembered that I forgot to post it 😌). We also had to Screencastify us working on the code cracker and finishing it. Well, here is my Code Cracker/Brain Teaser 👻:

Inquiry - Taniwha and the Rakaia gorge

Hi readers, today I finally finished making my Taniwha and the Rakaia gorge Soundscape. It was really fun, we got to choose groups, my group is Kristhel, me, Phoebe and Izeiah. There were some parts that were hard, but the hardest for me was when we had to find out what sounds would work for our slide. But in the end it was still really fun for us. Well, here is our slide (it might be a bit hard to hear, though):
