Lockdown Maths - Algebra 3

 Hey readers! In online Maths with Miss McLeod today, we learnt how to work out missing numbers in Algebra problems and how missing numbers can be displayed as letters and not just empty boxes 😊. I found the activity not that hard and very fun to do 😁. Here is the my Algebra 3 slide 😅:

Lockdown Maths - Algebra 2

  Hey readers! In Maths today Miss McLeod's Maths group we learnt how to Identify the Rule, Extend Sequences, and State if a Number is 'Greater Than', 'Less Than' and 'Equal To' others 😄. Lokdown Reading - Protests D.L.O

  Hi Readers! In Home-Learning this past week, Miss McLeod's whole reading group have been doing an activity slide about New Zealand Protests 😁. I found the slide very fun to do and also very interesting to know about protests that had happened in New Zealand in the past 😊. After completing the Protests Activity slides we had to make a Protest D.L.O 😅. I found the D.L.O very fun to make because I can put the things I've learnt in the activity slide into my D.L.O 😌. Writing - Olympics To Report

  Hey Readers! In Writing in these past 2 weeks, Miss McLeod's Writing group had been working on a Newspaper report about the Olympics 😁. We got to choose who we wrote about, but it must be a New Zealand Athlete that had competed in the Tokyo Olympics this Year 😄. I didn't really find the Writing that hard and I found gathering the information I need for it pretty fun 😊, we also had to use something like Canva to display our Newspaper 😋. Maths - Algebra 1

  Hi Readers! Today was the first day our school did online learning this year because it is Alert Level 4 in New Zealand right now because of Covid-19 😓, so in online learning today we learnt Reading and Maths. In maths today Miss McLeod's Maths group learnt about Algebra and we made a copy of a slide to work out different algebra problems 😄. I found it very fun to do and not that hard at all 😅. Writing - Getting Hooked Activity

 Hi Readers! Last week in Miss McLeod's writing group we were learning how to get the reader hooked into our piece of writing 😌. After learning about how to hook readers in, we did a Getting Hooked Activity where we had had to make a hook out of the picture on the slide 😑. We also had to write different types of hooks using the Setting, What the Character is Thinking and what the Character is Saying 😊. I didn't find the activity that hard and I found it very fun 😄.
